do i really need an event planner?

Maybe, maybe not! Let's chat and figure it out together. If we don't think you need an event planner, we'll be the first to let you know. But from personal and professional experience, we know there's more to planning a cool event than meets the eye. It sure is nice to have a team to handle the details rather than friends or family who should be enjoying your event with you. When you hire us you don't have to worry if you're forgetting anything. The Withing Company has experience with weddings, largescale family reunions, corporate gatherings and milestone events like birthdays, baby showers, and celebrations of life.

How do i know if the withing co is right for my event?

When you hire The Withing Company for your event you can feel confident that we've got your back. This means we make your vision happen, not what we think your vision should be. Even if you're not sure about the specifics, you probably know how you want it to feel. We'll take care of the rest. You will receive proactive communication and prompt responses. You can trust our word, we don't make promises we can't keep. You'll never be left wondering if we're on schedule, or what has or hasn't gotten done. You will be met with authenticity, and often joy, because we love what we do!

Do you offer payment plans?

We require a deposit in order to reserve the date of your event, which will be applied to your total service fee. Depending on your timeline, we will agree on a payment schedule that works for you. Full payment is due the month before the event.

We're not in the pnw, can we still hire you?

Absolutely! Let's discuss your options during our initial consultation call.

Sometimes you have years to plan your event, sometimes only weeks! We have experience with both ends of the spectrum. No matter how short your engagement or event planning timeline, we'll help you make it beautiful and memorable.
